Where this lives in the world.
Inside-Out is a clinical psychodiagnostic platform used by Ukrainian and EU psychologists during live sessions. PHQ-9, GAD-7, MMPI / ММІЛ, Szondi, Lüscher — every test family with its own scoring rules, K-corrections, normative tables.
Challenge
What was hard about it.
Two requirements pulled hard against each other. First: scoring engines a clinician can trust, validated against the references their training relies on. Second: zero-downtime updates, because a clinician mid-session cannot tolerate the platform going dark.
Solution
What we built to solve it.
A universal 5-step scoring pipeline normalizes every test family into the same shape — raw scores, adjustments, T-scores, interpretation, narrative. Rolling deploys keep clinician sessions alive during updates: new pods come up, traffic drains gracefully, old pods retire. Verified zero-downtime under load.
